Visit to a fish farm and caviar tasting
The estate, located in Neuvic sur l’Isle in the Dordogne, covers 20 hectares bordered by two rivers: the Isle and the Vern. It is on this estate that Caviar de Neuvic has chosen to set up a fish farm dedicated to the breeding of sturgeon to produce its famous caviar.
